Corinda and team helped us with the sale of a home in Kaneohe and the purchase of another home in Kailua. She was in communication and coordinated with another real estate agent, who helped us on the sale of a home on Maui. Escrow for both homes we sold closed within days of each other. As soon as I returned, they had me looking at potential rentals and I quickly found one that had most of what I wanted, with the help of Team Wong member Shaun. They actually listened to what I told them was important to me in a rental. I had heard that the team concept meant that initially the realtor was attentive, but then handed the seller off to the team and things got confusing and fragmented with the seller not knowing who to turn to for what, and the listing realtor basically disappearing until time to close on the sale. Definitely not my experience with Corinda & Team Wong. Corinda is very responsive to phone calls, txts and emails and the whole team was in the loop on everything all the time as far as I could see. No ball was dropped; even when Corinda had Covid while I was away Team Wong picked up and carried on. I have already spread the word to several friends who are looking for an agent to either sell their property or buy a property or both. If you are on the move, or want to be, Corinda Wong & Team Wong is the place to be. Nice people and great service.

Selling a home followed almost immediately with buying a new one can be very stressful. Not with Team Corinda Wong Locations Hawaii leading the charge. I call them "Angels without Wings." Their service actually precedes the purchase portion, as Corinda helped educate me on the Ewa Beach rental market, which was very attractive to me as an investor. I hadn’t thought about the West side much, but her education helped me see the benefits of investing on that side of the island. I specifically look for fixer uppers that I can renovate and rent for top dollar, which she showed me numerous properties that fit this criteria. Although there was a new(er) property that didn’t fit what I was looking for, Corinda asked if she could show this to me, because aside from age and condition of the property, everything else met my criteria as an investor. She was correct and this was a better property for me - I put in an offer immediately, which was accepted shortly thereafter. I am very busy and need reminders of the timeline and upcoming deadlines. I made multiple requests to the seller, and Corinda & Team Wong came through each time for help I needed for peace of mind to close the deal, as well as helping me pre-plan so I could get renters in there ASAP upon closing. They also helped me beyond the sale, when I needed help with perspective renters, but I was traveling on the mainland. They had no problem assisting me so I wouldn’t lose out much on lost rent, due to me not being in Hawaii. They always come through and do so much for me, which is why I continuously work with them to find and close on properties. Team Wong are the best realtors on Oahu.
