Corinda was fantastic - amazing. The best! She helped us sell a family property in Kailua. As a Realtor in Las Vegas, I am very demanding and Corinda lived up to my high expectations and more. We needed to do a lot of work on the house and Corinda worked with us from the beginning to get the house ready. She helped on making decisions on what we should do for the upgrades. She interfaced with the contractor and discussed things with him every step of the way. She might have been there 40 times - I am not sure. At least 10 times. Once we were ready to go on the market she told us it would go for $1.6M. Two of us questioned if it was too high. She got it in contract in like 5 days over asking price. Communication wise - she almost always called back inside of 15 minutes. WOW. As a Realtor, she set the standard for me. I can try but I can only hope to be as good.

Over the years I have been involved in rental properties and buying and selling personally on a limited basis. I once asked a very busy mortgage lender who he thought was a very good realtor. Corinda Wong and her staff at Team Wong Hawaii helped us complete a difficult real estate 1031 exchange transaction. We sold two properties and purchased a home in Kailua. Corinda and team helped us with the sale of a home in Kaneohe and the purchase of another home in Kailua. She was in communication and coordinated with another real estate agent, who helped us on the sale of a home on Maui. Escrow for both homes we sold closed within days of each other. Team Wong did a great job in preparing the Kaneohe house. Corinda evaluated the property and determined the changes and improvements that were needed to improve the appeal and value of the property. Corinda contacted and coordinated all of the contractors that she hired to update the home to the desired level. The house was also staged to look like a wonderful home. Corinda kept us updated on properties that had the features we desired. She continued this activity with a positive encouragement that we would find a property with most of the features we desired. This was a stressful phase since we had to identify a property within the exchange time period. A home in Kailua was identified within the exchange time and successfully purchased. We have worked with a few other real estate agents and firms in the past. When we decided to do the property exchange, we met with Corinda. During our meeting with Corinda, we saw characteristics that we liked such as competency, aggressiveness, determination, receptiveness and a knowledge of a 1031 Exchange. She had the support of her entire team, and we felt that our exchange transactions would proceed without any major delays. TLDR; if you want the best real estate team or are looking for a great friend, look no further than Michelle/Team Wong! We worked with Michelle Love from Team Wong Hawaii and I can't recommend her and the rest of the team enough. Michelle helped us find the perfect condo that met all our needs in Kaneohe. I could list all the things she did for us as an agent, but I'll talk about a few of the ways she made this first time home buying experience beyond what we could've had with any other real estate agent. Because this was our first time looking for a home, we appreciated that Michelle was always honest with her thoughts about a location. She did a lot of research on different properties of interest and made sure we were aware of any issues we may run into. She was never trying to pressure us into a sale. Michelle really advocated for us throughout the process, getting us not just a great deal on the condo, but negotiating for other credits as well. I am- admittedly- a difficult person to work with at times. There were days I felt very unsure, even leading up to the last week of escrow (sorry, Michelle!) but she always listened to my concerns and made sure that every question I had was answered and every was anxiety put to rest. Which leads me to the last point: Michelle is so resourceful! Because Team Wong has been in the business for so long, they have already picked through the bad apples and know who to call for everything- mold, plumbing, contractor, electrical, the list goes on. We still got quotes from different companies but ended up using all of the recommendations provided to us by Michelle because the quality and price was where we wanted it to be. I can't tell you how many times I called Michelle and vented about my uncertainties. This process might've been a nightmare for Michelle but you would never know it because she is SO great at what she does and is a genuinely caring person.
